Built to serve
Founded in 2020 by ranchers, Western Heritage Meat Company exists to support family farms, ranches, and farm-to-table producers throughout our region. We are committed to humane animal handling, the highest standards of cleanliness & quality, and we work closely with producers as partners—helping them turn their livestock into a finished product they are proud to sell. Our USDA-inspected facility provides slaughter and processing services for beef, pork, lamb, goat, bison, and yak, along with USDA-inspected smokehouse and specialty products. All meat processed at our facility is vacuum-sealed, with custom labeling available for producers selling direct-to-consumer or through retail markets.
