About Us

Young’s Family Farm sits in the foothills of Parkman, Wyoming, where Jeff and Nickole Young raise exceptional 100% Berkshire pork with purpose, pride, and old‑fashioned integrity.

Driven by passion

What began as a healing project for Jeff—a combat Veteran rebuilding life after service—has grown into a respected veteran‑owned, family‑run Berkshire pork operation known across Sheridan County for premium quality and warm hospitality. The Youngs developed their own Berkshire bloodlines and a custom grain diet that produces deeply marbled, tender, flavor‑rich pork chefs and customers love.

Their farm has become a place of camaraderie and purpose for Veterans who work alongside the family caring for animals and building the operation. Over the years, Young’s Family Farm has earned a loyal following at local farmers markets, in regional restaurants, and through long‑standing partnerships like Sackett’s Market.

They proudly support 4‑H youth, contribute to community food programs, and were selected for the Rooted In Wyoming Feed Hunger Initiative. Today, their Berkshire pork is preparing to be featured in the Western Heritage USDA meat facility, expanding access to their exceptional, traceable, heritage‑bred pork.

Young’s Family Farm isn’t just raising pigs—they’re raising a future rooted in resilience, family, Veteran brotherhood, and the unmistakable taste of Wyoming home.
